stuck front drums

I cant get the front drums off my 69'. Mind you that it has not ever been apart. Yes I have taken the phillips head retaining screws out. Anyone have a good idea on how to get this apart??

usually frozen to the hub housing. Undo the locking hubs, take out the outer wheel bearing, then slide the drum off with the hub. Place a piece of wood on the ground and drop the drum, inside facing down, onto the wood. If that doesn't work after a couple of tries, turn it around and drop it hub side down. Take care that the 2 dowel pins only land on the wood. Good luck.
