Stuck driver's window

Howdy! Bounced around the boonies all day Saturday, and the window worked fine, but I closed it up all the way when I got out on the pavement, and now it is very stuck. The crank/regulator are not stripped. It just won't turn at all. Do I need to pull off the door panel and start playing around to see what :whoops: Anybody ben there-dun that?? :whoops: John

Yeah I'd say its time to pull off the panel and check it out. Probably just got some crud in it or something.

Howdy! Finally had time to tear into the door today. Pulled off the inside panel, and could not find anything really wrong. Glass was not stuck, just the winder. Dusty but not muddy or full of trash. I loosened the eight 10MM mounting bolts, and when I did the two nearest the front of the door, it kinda popped and it freed up. I had to move those two bolts around a little to make everything work right, but that's all it took. I did clean and grease all the moving parts while I was there. Now it's smoother than greased hog snot!! Now I suppose I should PM all the other windows. Not today!! John
