"So what is the proper grease for the window motors?"

I've used Dow Corning Molykote 33 Light for the plastic gears in window lift motors, windshield wiper motors, door lock motors. DC 33 Light a silicone grease (lithium base) and won't damage plastic gears/housings.

I found out about it after my rebuild. When I was a bicycle mechanic, I surprised how well Park grease worked at keeping dissimilar metals from welding together and would still be in great shape on a 10 year old abused mountain bike. It's easy on plastics too.
 
I'll give a thumbs-up to putting 3M Silicone Paste on the window tracks. It helps a lot! I plan on putting it in the tracks for the rear sliding windows too, as they're pretty sticky... but damn, this Ohio February has made this a very very dirty truck!
