The leather is very worn on my 2002 100 steering wheel and I don't have a heated space to do the sewn replacement and probably may not have the ability to sew one. So are the any covers that slip over the original leather that look sorta ok ? Ed

Just ordered a refurbished wheel off Ebay for ma hundy - MY2000 - similar degradation issue you describe - my wife put a sticky cover on the current wheel - hated it. Not confident I could do a good job with any kind of stitched cover. Ebay vendor gets good reviews. Its due delivery is in March so will feed back. It's coming from Pakistan (Wheel 150 + 120 taxes and post, so it's a bit pricey.) - Fingers crossed.....

i had mine refinished by Dallas Customs. It cost a little over $400, which is a lot, but you literally touch this 100% of the time you are using the truck, so it was worth it to me. I am not sponsored by them, but they did an amazing job and I am very happy with it.

I think the OP asked about covers that slip OVER the factory wheel, not about refinishing.

I tried a ~$20 NAPA branded slip-on cover that sorta matched the ivory upholstery. Perforated fake leather. It fit well and hid the ratty original leather skin, but like any slip-on cover, it looked bulky and cheap, so I ultimately re-skinned the steering wheel myself.

If you’re not concerned about appearance, it’s quick and affordable
