Okay. Airbag light is still on. Can’t seem to get a ZPC to work using the paperclip method. Tried 4th row from the L and 5th row. Neither seem to acknowledge reset/mem clear taps.

I recall I had a similar issue after my lift but forget what I did to finally get it to take the zpc.

Any ideas before I pull the steering wheel off again? @Acrad @Rednexus ?

I'd put a OBD2 scanner in it that can read ABS/SRS codes so you aren't guessing. Harbor Freight sells one for about $100. It's most likely connection-related with the ribbon cable/air bag.

You need to use these. I corrected for orientation for connector under dash

Do you still have your Techstream setup around? You can do a ZPC in that as well and pull all codes.

Figured it out. I forgot to push the little yellow tabs down on the airbag connectors. It had a persistent srs airbag short code so I pulled the airbag off and checked all the connections. Once I pushed the little tabs down the code cleared on the next ignition cycle. No dash lights now.

I bought a OBD2 pigtail, figured out which were were Pin 4 and Pin 12 with a multimeter, and then connected them together with a toggle switch. I plug that into the OBD2 port in the GX and flip the switch to perform the ZPC. It's drastically easier than doing it with a paperclip.

Good option but I haven’t had a need to do a ZPC since 2018 when I enabled crawl :-)
If I don't do them every couple of years my VSC will kick in on tight corners. At least on the 470 it's super-sensitive to things like getting an alignment or changing ride height/rake.
