If all you did to bleed the system was turn it back and forth 20 times then you haven't bled the system correctly. When you get the correct FSM sequence, also do a search here and find my suggestions for improving the bleed sequence for your information. I think you've simply got air in the system.

Boo, in that case then the problem is with the pump or air in it. I was focussed on the fact that you said you "can't turn the wheel". This would be something different than "It's harder to turn the wheel".
