Stainless Steel Welding

I want to raise my SS bullbar up 2" (1.5" SS pipe, 1.9" OD) - need 4 welds done to splice in 2 pieces of 2" new pipe at the bottom.

There was somebody in the club doing some ss 3B turbo manifolds a while back...ss tig work iirc
