Port Elizabeth main dock for Bequia island.
The stuff laying around isn't impounded, it's just waiting to be moved inland. Dunno, it didn't have military markings or anything, but I've been reading up on Rovers lately and all the coolest rovers worldwide seem to be retired British military trucks.

William could set his entire band up on that front HJ61? bumper!! I bet thats a PTO winch under there. Did it have cable lockers? If so, swipe the axles and cables for me!! Love those amby doors too.
