Squeeky steering?

I think my power steering is making a squeeling noice when I turn. Dose any body know, If my steering pump is going. Or if it is somthing else. Thanks

What vehicle/engine and does it make it when ever you turn, or only when you steer hard over?

Its a 91 v6, and I think It always makes the noies. I checked the fluid its ok.

Does it sound like a couple of whiney gears? My buddys 1FZ P/S pump does that. Usually only when turing. The 3VZ P/S pump isint the funest thing to work on, its kinda tight in there.

How tight is the belt?

My surf squeeks a little too, no ps leaks and it's hard to turn the wheel, tightened belt, tried bleeding the system but no go
