Squeak when air moving through the vents

When I had my heat on this cold snap there was a weird squeak every so often from the passenger vent. If I turned off the climate control and then back on it would normally go away... Almost like a rotating fan blade in the HVAC needs some lubricant. I tried searching for this with no luck.

This is NOT the noise the HVAC system makes when switching vents, it is a consistent squeaking when air is moving through the system.

Anyone have experience with this and a fix?
