Springs needed

I have a set of Rough Country 4" lift springs if you need them.

55 springs have centered pins. I would have to measure and see where that would put my axle. 4" would be more lift than I want, I think. I really like the height it sits at now, but it's just causing problems.

For reference, I think my 40 is on those exact 4" sua rc leafs. I like the height

Wont he have to fire up the delorean and travel back to 1992 to pick a set up?

I should mention that these springs suck. They ride like a Mack truck....

I checked what I have laying around the shop. It looks like I tossed the springs from Marks 40. I have one set of 40 rears and one 55 front. The 55 front is the same length as the 45 fronts, except with centered pins. If I could find the other 55 front that might be the ticket. I'll have to measure to see if it cures my drive shaft problem of just creates more.

It looks like Luke might have pulled some leaves when it was to be a spring over buggy. The other packs have 7 leaves and the 45 only has 6.

The rear 40 pack is too long for the front of the 45, but too short for the rear. I might be able to steal some leaves out of it. They also have some long shackles that I could definitely use in the rear.

Another option is a dead 40 on CL in Hammond. I'd throw in some money and go get it for the springs if someone else needs some 78 parts.

OK just one logo. The other is all patina...
They are out.

Prolly not help but I'll throw out there that I have full set of 62 springs.

Looking at a chart of spring lengths I think 40 springs will work.

55 springs have close enough length, but the spring eye bushings are unique and the centered pins will move my axles in the wrong direction. Still a possibility but I'm leaning toward the rough countrys.

If you need them let me know I can bring them on the 9th.
