I thought this post was about springs not spring.

Did you say green paint???
Lake Mendota get green in the summer :D You could drive up and dip the vehicle in the lake and clear coat it.

My paint I ordered was to be a light farmy green but turned out to be pond scum green.
Beware that paint on paper doesn't look like it does in real life.

Is this the color you want?

ya, sometimes i wish i hadn't removed the mud flaps because of all the rust i found! ignorance is bliss sometimes i guess...

On the "ignorance is bliss" side of things, I took off my inner panels in the back to find out that, as suspected, the rust outside actually DID let in crap. Stuffed some fiberglass in there for a very temporary protection until I can get it fixed permanantly.

I'll need to get in there and clean up all those electrical connectors with wire-dry right away. They are coated in dirt and crap.

I KNEW all this was happening but chose to ignore it. {sigh}

I'll have to take a pic of the green I'm going for- it's a slightly softer shade of military green. Kind of like you might find on a Springfield XD pistol.
