Speedometer gear/housing missing parts

First pic is what I removed from mine and second is what i'm assuming is supposed to be there.
My question is where do those 2 parts circled in red go? I didn't see that smaller o-ring on mine at all or the white bushing.

Found this but even then it doesn't seem very clear. Speedometer cable was cut when I got it so i'll be ordering one of those too.

Yeah, white felt ring is the last thing before the cable is threaded on. The small o-ring is inside the bore of the speedo sleeve.

Ah I see the small o-ring inside now. It's under that metal bushing that I have a red arrow pointing at.

I guess I might as well order that kit with new seals and felt ring
