I have a 92 FJ80 3FE. What plugs and wires do you use? Should I change the distributor and rotor with it. I have hade the cruiser for over 10 years and have never changed it.

Don't use aftermarket ignition parts. The 3FE will spit them out.

OEM plug wire set 90919-21503
OEM plugs 90919-01091
OEM distributor cap 19101-61240
OEM distributor cap gasket 19127-61240
OEM distributor rotor 19102-61240

What do the 2 vacuum lines that go to the distributor cap do?
They allow fresh air to be drawn through the cap to prevent condensation/rust/corrosion.
Larger port attaches to a hard line on the firewall (cabin air) and the other attaches to the intake (vacuum).
When installing the cap and leaning over the right fender, you should read the word DENSO at the top.

Replaced my plugs and wire waiting on the distributor cap and rotor to arrive. After replacing the plugs and wires she still has a little miss every so often. Could that be from the distributor cap and rotor?

Check vacuum on EVERYTHING. Replace any rubber pieces that are hard or brittle. Your motor is very susceptible to problems with un-metered air entering the engine, including the oil dipstick, oil filler cap, and intake hoses. Also, make sure your valves are adjusted properly (every 15k miles, per the FSM).
Cheers!

Changed plugs and wires. The plugs were burnt. Ran for a week then wouldn’t start. I had ordered a new distributor cap and rotor button. Weird thing is it would start up sometimes but not every time. So I just changed the cap and rotor. It was corroded. My distributor it’s self has some rust inside it look at the pics.
