I purchased a set of spark plug wires and noticed the two of them have a straight boot going into the distributor while the other four have a 90° boot. Any idea which two cylinders get this straight line?

Typically the straight boot goes to the coil. Did you get 2 coil wires by mistake?

The coil wire is straight on both ends. These have two of the four plug wires with the straight boot

Different brands come in different configurations. The lengths also help determine the arrangement. Which ever way they look neat & tidy is good.
