Thanks guys, I ended up ordering the 90098-16775 plugs this afternoon....
The 90919-01083 according to the dealership is the 69-70' (their computers start @ 69'), I might order a set of those too just to compare. I've had the 90098-16775's in stock before, I guess I forgot to re-order after the last ones I used.
I'll post up some pics when I get them

it's roughly the same plug 1/2 vs 3/8 . I think they probably both work fine. I ran both and couldn't tell the difference. The 3/8 is correct though the early F's

Well, that's cool because it says the 3/8 inch plug is 3mm longer than the one it replaced. Of course, that service bulletin is for 1959---would that not be for an F125?
Edit (Edit again: I'm a moron) : Just throwing in more info. This specification from the 1964 FS manual specifies a metric thread length of 9.5 mm, which is 3/8 inch. Then, it gives a length range that includes both 1/2 and 3/8 inch in english measurements.

I was just pointing out the 3/8... I think the heads are very similar... No?
My owners manual lists b-4 ngk and denso w-14. The part # I pulled above was from my 66 parts book. It pulls up w16p-u which is the 14mmx 3/8 on the denso site that treeroot listed above..
We'll my owners manual doesn't list the thread length...
Do you have a 69 owners manual for your 64? 
Edit: so I just looked in my 61 parts book because it's list all the old codes the guys often wrote the later coresponding # in the book. They wrote in 90919-01003 which subs up to the SPARK PLUG,W16P-U. My 64 parts book lists 90919-01009 which is disc. my 67 fj55 book (which is the first year of the non siamese) lists 90919-01004 which subs up to the 1/2 length.

No, my owner's manual doesn't list it either. Thats from the 1964 factory service manual.
Just for fun, I checked my 1962 Factory Service Manual, and it also gives the .37~.55 inch length range (it's in the general specifications section).
my brown f engine manual doesn't list it at all only the gap. In the back it's copywrited sept 66.

Yeah, I dug through that engine manual hoping for spark plug info as well.
Anyway, since all the original numbers are dead, it looks like we have a range of replacement options at this point. It would be interesting to know if that 1/8 inch difference in length changes anything we would notice (since the previous 1/8 inch lengthening "improved the ignition of the gas mixture preventing the accumulation of carbon on the tip and preignition") according the your 1959 service bulletin.

all I know was I had a hell of a time finding plugs for my 64 F, but I was able to order them thru Toyota and found I think the Campions at Shucks of all places. Think I still have a set of OEM plugs.....will check # if I make it to the garage today

Very curious. My FSM specifies an NGK and a Denso plug, both of which are 3/4" reach. This covers 1948 to 1975. Where does this 3/8" or 1/2" reach plug issue come from?
