@ntsaint will do! I plan on doing some easy trails in moab and hiking in arches some.... depending on how hot it is

Also ill be in telluride right after HIH if anyone wants to explore the city, EXPO style

Guys, FWIW it looks like we are going to head into Denver on Tuesday to meet up with the Denver crew heading down to Ouray. Then after the event we're going up to WY and then over to Badlands/Rushmore/Black Hills for a few days before returning back east.

The temps and conditions sound a lot more favorable in SD than Moab/Arches/San Rafeal Swell area! I know SD isn't exactly on the way home for you guys but if anyone wants to join us we'd love some company.

Leaving northeast Louisiana on the 29th, mid afternoon, stopping around Dallas. Out to ABQ on the 30th, spending the night. Headed to Ouray morning of the 31st.

I'm planning on arriving in ABQ evening of the 30th and leaving on the 31st for Ouray with the group.

Will be leaving South Texas either evening of the 29th or very early on the 30th.

Assuming the Wendy's is still there as a land mark, it may be a good place to meet again.

I sent @marcfj60 a PM to see if the Wendy's is still there or if there's another land mark nearby we can use to know we are in the right place.

Why don't we start a list of who might want to meet here for the trip up? I'm guessing on the time, but how does 9am work for everyone?

I'm in. 09:00 am is good for me. Are we meeting at Wendy's or the gas station?

Should we also get cell numbers for everyone planning on meeting? That way, we can check in if it's time to leave and someone hasn't arrived? If so, I would recommend sending by PM to the group a few days prior to leaving.

I started a google doc a page back or so that has cell # and other contact info. That way it's organized and you can save it once everyone puts in their information.
