Cowichan wheeling next weekend

Let's go wheeling this coming weekend guys! Kerri and baby are at a wedding in the lower mainland so I have a guys weekend.

The plan is to meet at the Spencer Rd Shell gas station at 9:00AM Saturday. Let us know here if you're coming so we will wait for you if you're late. We'll travel up the Malahat to the "proving grounds" play area by red balls. Will be on CB and FRS channel 6.0.

Red Balls has been suggested? Never been there. Apparently near Cowichan. (Ryan you in?)

Or we could do an overnighter in Sooke at tugwell Sunday night. Monday is a holiday.

redballs we led you through b4 when we entered through skutz falls and came out on renfrew rd in shawnigan, but theres deffinately lots to explore there, I would prefer sat over sunday

theres the "proving grounds" play area by red balls which is a rocky hilltop with places to flex out, i've never been there but have gps tracks to it, havn't heard anyone say much about it lately. but i assume its still accessable, dont think there was many trees there to log? could be worth checking out
