Son hit a deer, trying to figure out what is bent (1 Viewer)

So my son and I recently purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser and this past week he hit a deer with it pretty good...

Ah yes, the old "I hit a deer" excuse! Used it a couple of times myself.

Any update on this? My money is on the knuckle as a minimum.

It was the knuckle/spindle. The thin part that already has a bend to it as it goes up towards the upper A arm. It bent at that location. Had it replaced along with the ball joints. Seems to be all good now, although it was done by a local mechanic, so he only did a tape measure alignment. It's majority gravel and snow driving right now, so it might be awhile before I notice uneven tire wear, but driving and steering wheel response is back to normal.
