napa does too. Used it on Aircraft as well. Not as universal as LPS. But it is good.
LPS 3 though seals with a waxy oily coating, best for the outside of the frame. Fluid film would be great in all the inside crevices and such. Better than LPS 3.
I'd say that Fluid film rep needs to ship a case to the club. Or have his Cnd partner do that.
