SOLVED!-Mid frequency vibration during acceleration

What is acceptable play when I grab the front tire at the 3 and 9 o clock positions and do a push and pull movement?

There is zero play in the 12 and 6 o clock position on both front tires?

New front driveline is in. The vibration is still present but less now. Occurs under acceleration after 64 mph and on. Goes away when coasting speed. Returns when I start accelerating.

I’m going to grease the rear driveline shaft. I’m also going to check the front wheel bearings for play.

Yes, get that grease in. Thats step one and judging by the fact that what you’ve seen has been devoid of grease, was likely the cause of the Og problems. No more driving till all zeros are fully greased.

SOLVED!

TrakMotive Axles are out! OEM CV axles are in and the vibration is completely gone!

Took me and friend about 2.5 hours to get the old ones out and the new ones in! Had to drop the knuckles but they came off smooth! The turning is tighter. It runs straighter. I’m amazed at the difference.

It’s the smoothest this truck has ever felt. Thanks to everyone!
