So when I was lifting my truck I noticed the drivers side of my truck had three holes in the spring perch and the passenger side only one, in the middle. Can anyone tell me if this is stock or no? If it is what's the purpose of it?

Yup, that is stock. The center holes are for the pins in the springs. You can open up the rear one on the driver's side to match, and drill a matching hole on the other side, to move the axle forward a little to help with rubbing on the inner fender. You'll also have to drill the U-bolt plates.

I wonder why they did that.
