Bummed I missed the Texas Creek trip, but had a ton of grading / planning to do now that we're nearing the end of the school year.

Did get some time Sunday to reorganize the garage, clean up some parts and spun the 60 around for easier engine compartment work.

Going to try to button her back up here soon.

let me know when you have a work day over the weekend.. I'd like to come and help turn a wrench, or drink a beer and point at stuff.....

Ahhhhh........ sidetracked again. Hate working on dirty parts so everything was soaked, scrubbed, and for the bigger parts, taken to the car wash for some power washing.

Drying now.

is that drivers side motor mount still touching the frame? That will make you crazy if that engine vibration makes it to the frame.

No, not yet. You had also mentioned flipping the mounts to raise engine a bit.

Thought I'd get the engine buttoned up and beg/bribe you to come down the mountain and give me a hand. :D

looks like a motor! good work sir

hot damn!

Well, took a break from the engine compartment today and did a bit of upholstery. Thanks again to Will ( @WhiteTiger911 ) for the replacement seat cover (actually the whole seat!).

As you can see, my original was a bit worn. Will and I have different years, so the pattern is a little different, but big deal. I'll probably cover them with some sheepskin anyway! :D

Good show, and great progress! Your steaming along at a great pace. You will love the dark side with a V-8 (insert Mad Max V8 salute :) )

If you're ever in the area and want to give some advise, I'd love to listen.

Looking good Travis!
What's it still need to fire?
