I could write a dissertation about the build journey for this rig over the last 2 years. It's been fun, but life circumstances change (for the better) and it's time to focus my attention on other projects.

1994 FZJ80
Clear, no accident Gallery linked here. Carfax attached.
Fully baselined - much work done by the team at State Automotive in SLC
Licensed, titled, registered with emissions and safety passed in SLC, UT

As she sits, $15,000. Fully equipped with the Zeon Platinum 12S, iKamper Skycamp, and ARB Batwing, $20,000.

I'm into this rig well beyond what's reasonably recovered. You all know how it is. I've been on these forums long enough to know that everyone will have an opinion. This truck is mine. It's not made of gold, but I'm not going to give her away. She doesn't have to sell today, next week, or next year. If you're interested in making her yours, let me know. She's looking for a new home.

The truck is free of rust except for one tiny, well known spot under the rear window. The paint is rough, chipped, fading with clear coat that's peeling away. There are dents. Dings. She's in remarkable shape but well loved. Someone looking to spend some time will find this an excellent stating point. I did not see the need. She's a runner, not a looker.

Fully baselined as you'd expect. All the rubber under the hood (including that PHH everyone will ask about). All the fluids front to back. Brakes. ABS fully functional. A/C (lines, new condenser, etc) Bulbs. Radiator. No codes.

Front and rear axles fully rebuilt inside out. Knuckles. Bearings. All of it. Including two brand new ARB lockers powered by an ARB compressor under the hood. 4.88 regear. All wired up to the factory selector switch.

I've spent thousands at Cruiser Outfitters. And State Automotive. And Wits' End - including the DC drive shaft in front. Blue fan. And at Trail Tailor - including a host of Tough Dog suspension componentry, the rock sliders, and the deck lid storage.

Speaking of suspension, this truck's suspension is top shelf. She drives straight. And tight. OME heavies (2850J, 2863J) mated to OME shocks (60070L, 60071L). OME steering stabilizer. Caster correction via Tough Dog plates. New bushings all around. Adjustable control arms. Adjustable panhards. Suspension geometry fully restored to factory spec and professionally aligned.

Running on new 35's - Toyo MT. Very few miles on all 5 tires. Factory aluminum wheels.

Dual batteries. Underhood electrical nearly complete with a blue sea 7622 ACR (installed, not yet wired to cab toggle) and an AUX terminal block and fuse block. Optima AGM's. Second battery location installed with OEM Toyota parts.

KISS drawers in the rear.

The interior is OK. No rips or tears in seats. I have the third row. Carpet needs replaced. I have a full vinyl floor for replacing the carpet (in black). The vinyl is not installed - it's in a box.

I have a TON of parts that'll come along: power antenna, window seals, window motors, etc. (all purchased for preventative replacement - not because any of the existing stuff is broken. All the windows, locks, etc. work just fine.

Armor: TT rock sliders. A highly customized front and rear setup based on the NWTI kit. Fully welded... just need ground out, blasted, painted if you don't like the weathered look :0). The rear is a single swing with "accessories bolted and locked on" - in other words, ladder, tire carrier, jerry can holder are removable with the hardened hardware.

So much more for sure. I'm sad to see her go, but excited to move on to what's next. If you are interested, please send me a PM for contact details or to discuss.

+1, they don't call it Salt Lake City for nothing

GLWS

Intentional insofar as they are built, installed, and not yet uninstalled, finished, painted. The welds need ground. It all needs sand blasted. It’s a bit of surface rust from sitting outside some this winter. Someone can leave it be or do finish the work.
