Reading this brings back the tears of joy I had the night we pulled into camp! What a day it was. I don’t think the trip could have been planned any better. The obstacles, the breakdowns, the recoveries, and the arrival at camp just before midnight was an experience I doubt could ever be repeated. Thank you to all the cast and characters in the article. Joe for hatching the plan during his tenure as club president. The father daughter duo (Rich and Katelyn) who concocted the plan and brought it to life. Chris H @Otis for leading the trail with his trusty sidekick Patrick, my passenger who brought StarLink to give us a taste of tech in the wild, and Steve and Ava who gave me a glimpse into what it’s like to be a teen with cool dads like Rich and Steve!
