Hello sir,

We’re the in the 405 that called. Have a 1964 FJ40 we’re slowing whipping into shape (I’ve had for about 20 years).

We’ve got an SD40 carb but would like rebuilt or is that feasible anymore with all the discontinued parts for these.

That is a very rough, and very incomplete core. Even if I had an extra kit available, I could not provide the missing pieces. Not until I have finished rebuilding all the SD40s I have here and make sure I have enough pieces to finish all of my own.

And you’d still have a heavily oxidized carb with a bunch of stripped, unobtanium screws and a big dent in the top.
