Fellow cyclists, if your truck bed bike fork mounts are missing the cone nuts, Ace Hardware/True Value has these wing nuts with nylon inserts that do the job nicely. They won't just spin off on their own like all of my cone nuts managed to do. They cost $1.90/ea.
