I’m going to assume you sat in a base spec 1958 which is full of plastic and no frills (well as no frills as a new vehicle can be in 2025). All I’m saying is that I find a loaded 250 with all the bells and whistles to be very close to what you would find in the GX550 with each model having a couple points for and against one another. The biggest reason to get the GX imo is if you want the TT V6 and additional sound proofing/acoustic glass. Some people like to bring up towing but if you’re pushing the 9k lb rating of the GX go get a 1/2 ton pick up and call it a day.If Toyota were to make a Tacoma SUV in a base trim... that is what came into my mind when I sat inside a 250 (no idea if it was a 1958, Land Cruiser-Land Cruiser-Land Cruiser Edition or First Edition).
