Can anyone point me in the right direction in replacing the gasket or o ring causing this small coolant leak? Almost got this thing running like a top and will begin the mods as soon as I am done making it daily driver worthy! Can't wait, but need some help again... Thanks as usual.

Easy sauce... The o-rings connecting the water jacket to the pump are bad. Pull those two bolts out wiggle the jacket out, wiggle out the tube that you'll see, replace the o-rings with the same size from Toyota or the selection you local parts place has. ...you'll see the o-rings once the tube is exposed

As noted. Easy fix.

Also pull the short tube that connects the by-pass pipe to the thermostat housing. There is a second Oring in there. Inspect the sealing areas for pitting. I replaced the pipe and connector tube and the Orings on mine last year and it would still seep after cool down but seal up when hot. It did this for a couple months and finally stopped leaking all together. RTV is not the answer.

Thanks guys, I can't believe how much $ I am saving giving the info to everyone who cares. The stealership tried to charge me $319 for these o rings!!! I will do the work this weekend when I'm off and take 10 minutes instead of the 3 hours worth of labor the bastards quoted me!!! Thanks again!!!

That's unethical! What dealership?

...their system probably has a preset labor rate for that specific job
