THat appears to be helical gears. I thought the 420's were straight cut gears and 465 gears were helical. Is this for a 465?

It is correct for the sm420. The PTO is driven by the 2nd gear on the counter shaft as shown in the picture. The only staight cut gears on the 420 and 465 are the non-synchro ones.
