Slow window

My 95's front passenger window is very slow when closing.

I have cleaned out the rails an channels in the door. Do I need to lubricate it? Of so, grease or silicone paste or any other suggestions?

Absolutely not grease or silicon paste !
Use dry spray silicon lubricant on the side rails.
It works

Take the motor apart, clean it and regrease it. It’s probably all gummed up.
