My therapy on Saturday after suffering a hailstorm (that resulted in significant home and 80 series damage) on Friday evening to start the Memorial Day Weekend off on a great note was to install the new sliders on my 200.
Slee's site has very good instructions here: http://www.sleeoffroad.com/installation/slider_steps_200_sof1119_v1.3.pdf
Good enough that in reviewing them, I figured out where the 1/2 Allen head bolt goes on the US Driver's side and will add that today ... step (7B)
Overall, the install is straight forward, if a little tedious. Some tips I have:
I will not go through the step by step details since they are covered in Slee's instructions, but I will note where I deviated from the instructions.
The Subject Pieces (aka sweet parts from Slee)
Prior to Install Pics (for comparison purposes)
to be continued ....

Overall, the install is straight forward, if a little tedious. Some tips I have:
- Find as small a 1/2" drill motor as you can since clearances under the truck are tight.
- Buy two of the 17/32" drill bits .. they are hard to find and I broke one and bent the other on the last hole.
- Have a means of lifting the truck reasonably high since 6 holes have to be drilled in the bottom of the frame. I resorted to a drive-on jack I use for my tandem axle trailer and a chunk of 6x6 treated pine.
I will not go through the step by step details since they are covered in Slee's instructions, but I will note where I deviated from the instructions.
