hmm, never thought about disco on the old porta-barby. any data to share there: lava rocks I'm guessing.

do tell reciepe, or I shall report your ass!

Asparagus, rice, peas?, toadstool mushrooms, giganto shrimpies (you suck!), and what else? I'd go olive oil, chicken (both, boiled) w/ broth, and garlic, or green chile, or both. W-sauce if the flavor wasn't coming through. tempted to throw in tabasco just to make you reply. ;)

give it up!

That picture should be captioned " Skillet high off drinking goat's blood and getting ready for tonights cross burning." It's the eyes........

Great fun and tasty Paella!

...I'm still scrubbing the burn off my Paella pan :crybaby:

Thanks Dan for all your BBQ oysters

The 'burn' just gives the pan character, no need to scrub it off.

Wish I could have been there. That looks delicious!

Chorizo, clams, mussels, asparagus, not just regular rice...
