They sure do. MT5 is about $250 for a front/rear set, but for $60 more you can snag my favorite all around brakes, the MT7s. I don't care much for adjustable reach/lever stuff so I don't need the MT7 racelines....

You going to weigh the frame and bike when finished? I know some don’t care but I’m curious. Also what size is yours? Trying to gauge my size as I’m in between
I haven't weighed it. Never even crossed my mind. Mine is the S2 (medium). Their chart on the website put me at Medium based on height an weight.
And they have a great 20% sale going now on the Japhy as well.

Slowly coming together…. Unfortunately ran into a couple of snags:
1. Dropper post is too tall for me…. Boo.
2. Wheels for some reason are not holding air. Factory taped and leaking at the provided factory valves. Big boo.
Tomorrow we’ll cut cables and bleed brakes and install chain.
then figure out dropper post quandary and wheel issues. Luckily, Director of Marketing for Astral Wheels lives in town and is my riding buddy. Hopefully he can bother someone in engineering on a weekend.

Dropper quandary solved: PNW Loam dropper is adjustable by 1” roughly, internally. Glad I spent some time this morning reading the technical instructions. 
Dropped it 1” and boom! Perfect height.

Should I put it together again?
I don't understand the rear triangle. Does it flex (like a flex-stay suspension)? Or are the bolts at the bottom of the seatstay clean mount points for luggage? Or is it something else altogether?

Rear is set-up for adjustability-- the rear triangle can move in and out to accommodate different tire sizes (up to 2.8"), a rack if wanted, and to tension the chain in single speed applications.
Last week/weekend. I was in Truckee with the old Schwinn Homegrown now set up as a 27.5 gravel bike. I'm running 32:20 currently so it's VERY spinny on the flats, but climbs really nicely in my home locale (Annadel).
Well, in Truckee I was riding with my son and his wife and her folks and they were all on their e-bikes. Jeez! I got my spin in! Not a lot of climbing, but definitely got in some short punchy stuff. pffft... and them on their motorscooters.
