Sighting: lifted 100 series in downtown

Ok, this is the second time I've seen this rather nicely lifted 100 series on 285s, front/rear bumper with jerry can holder around 8am at the intersection of Clinton/Monroe in downtown (heading East on Monroe). Does it belong to anyone here?

BTW, I'm in Chicago icebox this week maybe even the weekend for work. Anything going on?

Did it have Texas plates? I've seen that one before right by Sears Tower. I don't know if they are local or not.

If its black, then I think it lives out in Glenview. Seen it around and on I-94 heading into the city a few times. Owner unknown.

I think it was blue but not sure about the TX plates as I was too busy trying not to fall on my ass!! I'll check it out closer next time I see it. He needs to be part of MUD!
