Great rescue. Pretty dog. I would have a hard time rescuing a Great Dane just because of their typical short life span. Too much pain. More power to you......

Got to love the mutts...
Here's my little guy Shadow. He's just a little over 1 year old. Vet says he's a terrier poodle mix. Saved him from a neglecting family just after x-mas this year. He's got some issues left over from the previous family, but we're working on them.

Introducing BRODI the catalab. Thats part catahoula leapord hound and part plain ole yeller lab. Some may say hes even part cat but its undetermined, however he is one of a kind for sure. I picked him up from a rescue shelter when he was just a couple month old and hes 6.5 now. He is an absolute tard and I love him. Likes cats, LOVES naps, is into extreme wading but not swimming. Hes a nut and was one of 9 pups in the litter, kinda wish I'd gotten one of his siblings. The catahoula's typically have one blue eye as a traight and he was the only in the litter with 2 full blue eyes as a pup but one faded 1/2 n 1/2 a couple years later.
