Should my 3fe go 80-85 mph?

91 came with 2 different tire packages, one of which was 31x10.50 R15.

Quit your friggin' whining! I'm lucky to hit 65-70 mph here at 7000+ feet with a 12" wall of roof tent on the rack! That's with the stock size 31"s!
