We need a thread for making fun of pictures of the funny, terrifying abominations we find on our trucks and in day to day life, I’m thinking. Let’s see what you got!

This is a hydraulic pipe with actually some really nice welds considering it’s mild steel pipe sections welded to the two short Cast steel radius pieces. But don’t worry It’s relief pressure is set to 390psi.

How many pictures of @Toshi38 's truck would you like?

Every 60 series has its rust, weird thing is it’s always different spots from truck to truck. Mine has it all in the windshield frame.

After i got the window out and seen the damage I almost went running to Aqualu and got the 45 series troopy body for the swap I have been wanting for years.

All stainless repair at least the windshield frame will never rust again. Even if a glass shop removes a window with a pry bar and saw, which by the appearance of the frame is how I assume it was done the last time.

Wow! When you're done let me know so I can drop mine off at your place for repair! Haha, J/K!

Nice work though, hope it all comes together ok; especially with all this rain in the forecast.

45 series troopy body would be a dream! Would love to see that.
