I need some pictures for inspiration...anybody wanna share how they twin-sticked a stock 3 or 4 speed t-case with their AA 203 doubler? The commercial twin stick kit components seem like they'd interfere with my 203's stock shifter. Thoughts? here's what I have so far, it's getting mated to a TH350.

I'd like to keep the stock Np203 shifter (one less project).

Eliminate the factory shifter.

Here is what I did with mine.
(not finalized but you get the idea)

Mine is similar to Maces.

I checked out a buddy's dual case mini recently and wanted to throw my cruiser s*** in a pond. Man, they shift like butter.

I would highly suggest a case saver on the top and a cone saver on the front output.

Georg at valley hybrids can supply both or you can get the cone saver from georg and the case saver from Poser like I did

I'll agree completely with Gumby, the mini cases in my 40 are in and out whenever I want. Super easy..

And add as much armor to your one piece case to keep it from splitting in half :)

BTW, if you look at where the heims hit the shifters, both low range shifters are above the pivot on the shifter handles, the 4wd lever is below. This was done so that engaging all of them is done by pulling the lever back. It packaged easier that way..

yup, nothing shifts like the duals in my mini truck!

This is a great idea.

Looks good!

You okay with your levers never lining up?

Mine is just a piece of 2x2 tubing with bushings on each end. It attaches to the adapter between the auto and 203.
