Shaker hood scoop

I have been thinking about putting one on my 71. Has anyone done this or seen one with it?

not a shaker but I found this in the parking lot in town

almost camo enough you can't tell the bezel is upside down..........I actaully considered fliping it for him.........

This keeps our 40 running cool in the AZ desert but it's not a shaker

i have a cowl hood vent....sits with the open end facing the windsheild....lets air pass thru pretty nicely, really helps with ventilation. i will try to gt some pics tomorrow....it looks kinda neat...at least i think so.

Yeah, but then it might overheat, cause that 1/2" extra flow diversion makes all the difference in the world..
