seriously bad wobble

hi there i have owned my cruiser just over a year now but i have lived out in the outback of austrailia the hole time ive owned it where there are no roads just dirt tracks so i never noticed this befor until last week i drove into the city 550 km away once i reach 40kph on a bitumin road i start to get a realy bad wobble in the steering wheel and it makes the hole truck wobble if i look in the mirror i can see the tray shaking around this happens until around 70kph then it goes away but from 40 to 70 its really bad i went strait away and got the wheels ballanced and aligned but no differance i got new bush kit for the front end nothing i removed my return to center steering damper but that just made it worse jacked up the front there is no play in my bearings or stearing tie rod ends there are no visible lumps on my tires im completly baffled i need to get it sorted cos i need to sell my car now and as it is no one would buy it any help would be amazing thanks

I want to do if you found out what the problem was. I have exactly the same thing on my 1988 BJ 70. I am doing some research as we speak and will let you know if I find a solution if you haven't already.
