Al,, Count me in. I will be there Saturday at least. Might have to tag with someone on the trails though.

Also the better half for the count.

10-4 bring a banner for your shop if you want :)

Reminder to all..... all dues will be collected on site, none of the paypals went through due to a glitch

Ok. So I saw Kodak Rock last time I was up there. I have had this itch to see if my 100 will make it up of down. I will be trying it. I need somebody with very good spotting skills that knows the 100's setup. Limited in travel and very heavy, mine is pretty fat. I not locked but I do have a locking center with A-Trac, very familiar with the system and I know it's limits like the back of my hand
Taking applications now on who will spot me :)

Not many people drive hundy's so being familiar with the set up may be tough.... there will be two other built 100 series out there though.

But..... last time I saw Kodak (few months ago) some heave rain had washed some bolders into the crack and it now looked very narros and very difficult. I'm not going to try it unless i've got a 100 trail rig and don't care about body damage.

Ofcourse there are many different ways to get around the rock that just being the one everyone tries to do.

Well, like most who know me very well. I do not care about body damage. My 100 is dented and scratched up badly. Some more visual trail rash isn't my worries. Rock walls and fenders do not bother me. Its the mechanical trail rash that keeps me worried. I know the 100 very very well on the trail. But there is always a weak link that worries me. And not knowing where it is. I due for a new exhaust system, I can tear that off and a be fine. It needs to be buffed and waxed, I'll get my last few scrapes in before that.

I just watched youtube videos of Kodak and watched a kid in a 4runner with no sliders and a brushgaurd get through about 75% of it and he was not thinking very clearly. If I apply kindergarden level skills, I should be able to get through fine. It does look pretty gnarly though, but my 8 hour drive better be worth it. I want to leave with some dirty underpants, fun memories, and knowing it was a well spent trip.

I like no paint on the sliders and high pucker factors.

I don't drive fast on the highway. I might cruise at 70. But rarely do I go above 75. I'm not saying I haven't gone faster :grinpimp:

They were attached to the stock rack with clear rc fuel lines onto to keep the cable from damaging the paint.
