can you lift it up if there is plenty of other stuff in the trailer, without having to unload it partially?

Thanks for the comments. The cabinet moves in an upward direction pretty quickly. Unless there is hard object like an ice chest pressing firmly against it, this should not be a problem. One of the pictures shows it up pretty high, without much movement to the side yet. Keep in mind, I have not been camping with it, so no practical experience at this time.
