After having driven it for 1/2 year I'm selling my PZJ-70. Been trying to justify insuring two trucks but can't any longer.

160,000 km, 5 speed, factory lockers, factory 24 V winch, pretty much mint frame/body. Brand new 32'' rubber. 5 cylinder 1PZ engine (same as the 1HZ but minus a cylinder). I get about 10 km/L around town, more on the highway.

Haven't wheeled it, I'm generally driving the HDJ when I'm in the mud and bumps, and was using the PZ as a more fuel-efficient and less obnoxious (size wise) around-town daily driver.

Looking for $12,000 for it.....

Wow, that is really good mileage in town.
What does it get on the highway?

And the $100 or so you save on insurance, will buy a lot of diesel for your 80.
Not that I am interested at this point (saving up some $$$ still), but out of curiosity, auto or 5speed, and have any pics? I always like to look and see what is out there.

Also just wondering. I wonder if adding a turbo would increase the mpg, assuming one didn't drive it any harder after.

Cheers,
N.

5 speed. Highway gets around 9 l/100 km. What have I forgotten? ..hmm..Push-button electric hub locks. New batteries. Rear seat folds up to give a nice cargo area.

You could turbo it, but I don't know if you'd really need that much power. Some suggest turboing the 1HZ is detrimental to its lifespan; the 1HZ is a tremendously reliable engine left alone.

WHAT I would rather wheel that than the 80 lockers shorter way less weight. I hope you get what you are asking, In fact you should have no problem at all. Happy Hollidays

My HDJ is already pretty beat; pinstriped, dinged and dented, the usual. I was trying to keep this one pristine :)
