If it doesn't sell in the next bit here I'm pulling it off the market to continue doing more work to it and the price will reflect this.

This looks very interesting. And I will be in Kelowna next week! Is there any work you feel it would need to pass an out of province inspection? I'm in Alberta.

Kelowna is a little less than an hour away.

Starts and stops just fine but not sure how rust plays into inspections. Two body mounts in the middle behind the drivers seat are rough. All the front ones are really good and I redid the rear.
