might sound "too easy" but i drove my canadian one across the Idaho border and filled out the paperwork in 5 minutes and paid nothing cause its over 25 years old. Now i have to deal with the state DMV. But federally it was a breeze if youre over 25 years.
I used ABC years ago when I brought my LC up. We use Priority for work - they're good, knowledgeable for business automotive.

I drove one across about 10 years ago. I think I probably should have 'exported' it first. As usual, the internet is useless., I entered Export Canada Border Services and it came back with importing.... lol. Best to give Canada Border Services a call at the border directly if you can; and also a US Broker as my last truck I brought in from the US had to be processed 100% by a broker; I just showed up with the paperwork.
