Seriously though, Cruiser Cult sells a variety of security switch systems, I'll probably be getting one for each of mine.

Does this count? Only works when temps are low. Kidding aside, If I’m in a sketchy area I just pull the coil wire to the distributor.

I have a hydraulic lock (with key) in the clutch hydraulic line.
Clutch pedal depressed and lock engaged: Clutch open and can't engage, no movement. Was installed by PO in the 90s.
I never dared using it, though. It's quite seized and I'm afraid it won't disengage again.

Nothing really stops a tow truck these days. Locally when I hear about cars getting stolen, I read that it was often performed with a use of a tow truck.
