Think about this .. 8" Ring vs 9.5" ring in the same diameter axle shaft ..
The axle housing from a TLC 9.5 ring are 100% and from 8" is 80% or 90% ...?
The only point is the engine, I thought big, right now with electronic pump and many other things you can get from a 1KZ-T 130 HP and from the new 1KD-TE 168 HP .. !
Then one first get 1HD-T have 168 HP ..
