So one of my front seat back pocket nets has come apart, anyone know if the LX470 pocket will fit as a direct replacement? I believe the LX does not use a net, is that correct?

Landcruiser part - 71780-60020-E0

Lexus part - 71780-60030-A0

Correct, the LX is a solid swath of leather for the pocket. Without looking I believe it is stitched into the seat.

I just ordered them so hopefully its a simple swap, if not I will make it work.....I will update this thread with pictures of the install....Looking at this picutre of a LX you can clearly see they have a similar trim piece where they mount to the seat:

AATLAS1X is a well respected guy on Mud for his leather replacement sets. No personal experience with his seat back nets but I'm sure they are a great replacement. Can anyone chime in? I've been thinking about picking up a set too.

Nice! I think I'll go that route!

The seat pockets finally came in and the seat backs had to be slightly modified to make them work but I'm very happy with the result. The lower mounting holes are in the seat back and you just need to punch a hole in the leather. I then had to use a cut off wheel to make a slot for the elastic bands to slip through, then I used a 11" zip tie to hold the bands together. Part number is 71780-60040-A1, took about 30min total to install, see pictures below:

Thanks, there are two small visible holes near the top of the pocket but I'm going to see if I can find a plug at Autozone for those. The pockets are also just a tad lighter in color than the seat back but that didn't put me off much.
