Seat back pad cloth vs leather

I'm looking for someone who has replaced the OEM cloth pad (71551-60080) with the leather package pad (71551-60140).

What's the difference between the pads?

On my '94 a good few years back, i swapped in a set of manual seats. The lower pad was destroyed so i used the pad from my electric seats. The manuals were cloth but i had lseat make some leather covers. I don't recall there being an issue with fitment but i did make some minor changes to the foam for more comfort.

I looked into it. They aren’t the same. I had the dealer order them and when they arrived they weren’t a direct fit and I didn’t want to put in the LOE to make them work
